voucher redemption If you have vouchers and wish to redeem these but also want to purchase other tickets you will need to place two separate orders; one strictly for voucher redemption and a second for tickets you will be paying for by credit card. Choose the films you wish to redeem with your vouchers. Before checkout follow the "Click here to redeem your vouchers" link. Enter your voucher information and an email will be sent to you to confirm receipt. After your vouchers have been verified, your tickets will be fulfilled and an email will be sent to you with a ticket confirmation number. Your tickets will be availble at Will Call only, please visit any of our Ticket Outlets to pick up your order Vouchers are only redeemable for regular film screenings; tributes, spotlights, music events, seminars, open and closing parties are not eligible.
rush policy Films may "sell out" in advance; however not everyone who buys a ticket will actually come to the film. When arriving at the venue of a "sold out" film please visit the box office window to pick up a "Rush Line Number" and you will be directed to where the "Rush Line" begins. After all tickets holders have been seated, our Theater House Manager will do a physical count of any empty seats: those remaining seats will be sold on a first come, first served basis of patrons waiting in the "Rush Line." By the time we get an accurate count, it is very close to the film start time, so please have your "Rush Line Number" and cash ready when you are called to the box office to purchase your tickets. We accept cash only for "Rush Line" purchases.
